Make a distance from any kind of tobacco and alcohol based
product.
Take gallons of purified water.

to take oily and spicy food but in low quantity.
Have loads of nutrients.
Meditate for twenty to twenty five minutes a day.
Exercise for thirty to thirty five minutes a day.
Don’t sit idle for long.
Take proper sleep for minimum eight hours
Avoid the sun and dust.
Apply a cosmetic product after meeting with a dermatologist.
Get your overall health examined thrice a year.
Wear well washed apparels only.
Never use dirty bed sheets to make your bed.
